Innocence Lost is a carioca band with prog and heavy metal influences, which has been on the scene since 2007.
The band was created in 2007 by Mari Torres and Aloysio Ventura, who brought together 3 more friends from the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, with the initial objective of doing a serious and authorial work of Heavy Metal. Keyboardist Aloysio Ventura already knew and had played with Mari Torres, Rodrigo Tardin and Heron Matias, except guitarist Juan Carlos Britto, who arrived to complete the team. After few conversations and initial arrangements, the band was already formed and composing. In 2020 the band returns with more force than ever. Now with Ricardo Haquim on bass. Multi-instrumentalist and great composer, Haquim brings influences from different styles of rock and metal, contributing with a lot of technique, progressivity and great compositions. Completing the team we have Gui DeLucchi on guitars. A guitar hero by nature, Gui brings a lot of virtuosity and heavy influences of power metal and progressive metal, bringing more complexity and intricate melodies in his new compositions. Now with the full team again, the band resumes activities at full steam!
