The band with the legendary name released their highly anticipated album 'To Cut A Long Story Short Short' on the 26th of February 2021!
The pre-released singles by the rising stars of Rock, fronted by dream woman Caro Loy, had everyone gagging for more-in February '21, after appertizers such as their debut album-including a breath-taking cover version of the Nina Hagen classic "So Bad"!
Singer Caro Loy and guitarist Kurt Bauereiβ were discovered by none other than producer Charlie Bauerfeind (Motörhead, Blind Guardian, Helloween...).
He reveals:
"I thought the band was cool straight away-also because Brunhilde are musically very multi-faceted. I helped the band to get straight to the point and to bring some structure into their writing. We broke down all the songs to their very basic structures. We wanted the pure essence of the songs."
Kurt adds:
"In the end we wanted everything to be very straight-forward, without any filling material. That's why almost all of the songs are around three minutes long."
All according to the (album-) motto: To Cut A Long Story Short!
And there's one more thing, all songs have in common: a magical mixture of hard riffs and blondepoison with bucket loads of passion!

Brunhilde-a name that sounds like a thunderstorm. Mystical and legendary and very close and alive. Their name taken from the ancient German Nibelungen Saga, Brunhilde are rising stars with their intriguing Punk & Metal sound made in Germany.. Right in the centre of the storm, there is the spectacular front woman and lead singer Caro-blond, wild and bellingerent-a real Valkyrie come to life, taking the audience by storm. Accompanied by her 'partner in crime', axeman and song writer Kurt Bauereiβ, this beauty sets every stage on fire like a beast and knocks her fans off their feet with her style, her energy and her voice. There's no doubt about it: Brunhilde emanates a magical mix of hard guitar riffs and blond poison. All the songs were recorded in the band-owned Streetlife-Studio in Fürth, Germnay. The duo was joined by bass player Oliver Holzwarth (ex-session musician for Blind Guardian) and drummer Bastian Emig (Van Canto). Brunhilde embark on the latest chapter of an amazing saga in spring 2020, when releasing their first single and their following EP. And those are just harbingers of their first thunderous LP.
