Fly Away-A new single from Angel Nation

The beautiful singer of the Leaves' Eyes, Elina Siirala, has been in a lot of work in recent weeks. While Leaves ’Eyes pauses, she deals with her own band, Angel Nation (EnkeliNation).

The band hasn’t released a new song in a long time, so now is the time to hear about themselves.

The new song, Fly Away, will be released on April 16th!

Elina about the song:

"Some time ago our long term supporter Hendrik Schroeder approached me to ask if I would write a song to his son’s memory. He sent me a letter to tell me about his life and as I was reading, it became obvious how sad the story was. However, when hearing more and looking more closely, it was the positivity and joy that shone through. I knew that the song would have to portray this: Through the sadness of him passing, there was the joy this boy brought to everyone around him and left behind. It took me a very long time to find the right words and to write this song as i just couldn’t force the process. But finally the time has come to reveal this beautiful cover artwork by our bassist Julia B Cadau (Dark Strokes Art ), which is inspired by the lyrics from the song: “It’s never better time to lose yourself into labyrinth of life.”
